They are the electric bandito’s. The middle to older aged couple who recently splurged on a pair of electric bikes. The most dangerous sight in suburbia. It isn’t always this way though…
Luckily, the electric bandito’s usually appear once every few years during summer nights for a brief 5-10 minute ride. They then lay dormant for years, plotting their next ride. The thrill is just too much. Be safe DODS.
